His Highness Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, on Wednesday swore in Abdullah Saif Ali Al Nuaimi as the new ambassador to South Korea.
Al Nuaimi swore his allegiance to the UAE and its President, and swore to respect the nation’s constitution and its laws, and put the interests of the country before everything else.
Shaikh Mohammad wished the new ambassador every success in his duties, urging him to further consolidate the friendship and cooperation between the UAE and Korea in all domains. Shaikh Mohammad also urged him to perform his duties faithfully and serve the interests of the UAE and its people.
Meanwhile, Shaikh Mohammad received credentials of the ambassadors of some friendly countries at Al Mushrif Palace in Abu Dhabi.
Present at the ceremony were Shaikh Hamdan Bin Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Dubai Crown Prince, Shaikh Abdullah Bin Zayed, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Shaikh Ahmad Bin Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Chairman of the Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Foundation, Reem Ebrahim Al Hashemi, Minister of State for International Cooperation, Mohammad Ahmad Al Bawardi, Minister of State for Defence Affairs, and Dr Sultan Ahmad Al Jaber, Minister of State, as well as other Shaikhs and senior officials.
